Robert Miranda melds political awareness with an efficacious social justice driven voice and impressive guitar technique to get audiences at venues as large as the National Mall cheering and singing along.

His songs are anthems that bring hope in a time of insecurity and spur listeners to make their voices heard—in clubs and coffeehouses, and in the halls of justice.

Miranda has released three songs in the 'Resistance Series': Heart of Our Democracy, Hit 'em Hard and Hey Have you Heard, which address the current political and social divide we now face with the relentless attack on our Democracy by the current administration and the negligent Senate.

Miranda has written about touchstone issues for which he is passionate - including homelessness ("Logan Park"), gun control ("Circle of Clowns"), and animal abuse ("Addy's Song") all on his debut album "Exposed." His music video release of "Happening Again" addressed the senseless and violent killings of young black men in America.

Miranda has performed twice on the National Stage in Washington DC. In Sept 2015, Miranda performed at the Rally with Pope Francis to support the Climate Change movement. Debuting "Change In town," a satirical Miranda style protest song taking aim at the climate change naysayers.

Miranda appeared for the second time at the US National Mall in April 2018 to support the ACT to End Racism Rally marking the 50th Anniversary of Dr. King's Assassination. "The Heart of Our Democracy" is a moving song aiming at the systematic injustice impacting our Democracy and its effect on all Americans.

Miranda resides in Washington DC / Saratoga Springs, NY.
